Coach Jim (Fitz) Fitzgerald

It is with heavy heart that we inform the Maine Hockey Family that Coach Fitz passed away this last Saturday.  Coach Fitz has been an intricate part of Maine Hockey and has been a positive influence on countless players.  

Services will be held Sunday and Monday.

We will meet as a team/program at Matz Funeral Home 3:30PM Sunday.

All players will wear their game day dress with the BLACK hockey jersey over it.

In leu of flowers the Fitzgerald family has asked donations be made to Maine Hockey Program where a scholarship fund will be created for graduating hockey players to continue their education.
