Senior night is Tomorrow at Oakton Ice Arena
It's that time of year. As the season winds down Maine Hockey will be holding their final home game on Friday January 28, 8:40 PM at Oakton Ice Arena. Each day we will acknowledge a Senior for their commitment to Maine Hockey.
Today we honor Connor Zabratanski. Connor started skating at age 9 and started playing hockey as a goalie. Thankfully for Maine, he made the change to being a skater, as he is an outstanding center, leading the team in assists, and being named to the Illinois West All Star team earlier this month.
His favorite hockey moment during his freshman year at Maine. He scored 5 goals in a state playoff game against Warren helping Maine advance to the next round.
Connor is resilient and super-competitive, and is always up for a good challenge.
This fall, he will attend the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Thanks Connor for your commitment to Maine Hockey. You will always be part of the Maine Hockey Family, and we wish you the best in all your future endeavors.
Come cheer Connor on for his final home game tomorrow night.
